All staff members with whom we dealt were quite pleasant. The treadmills in the exercise room were on the fritz, so the front desk clerk arranged with the Courtyard Hotel next door for us to use their equipment. Now that's good service! The bed was great, as they usually are in Hilton properties.

Clean, quiet, comfortable. Location is excellent if you need to be near St Mary's hospital. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Room was quite good. It had a good selection of utensials and other items and the dishwasher was definitely a godsend. Also i did think that the pool area was also quite good size wize aswell.

I didn't eat the breakfast but the coffee was great! It was a perfect location for pain rehab classes at St Mary's.
